An Introduction to The Alacer Customer Support Portal
The Customer Support Portal contains a vast amount of information to help and assist users of the Alacer system. It gives you instant access to a wealth of information to help you get the most from the software. Not only can you log a support ticket outside of the normal Helpdesk hours, but you can also search the knowledge base, which contains hundreds of helpful articles including articles that contain step-by-step instructions on how to perform a task. There is also an Online Chat facility where you can chat with a Support specialist if you have a quick question and prefer not to pick up the telephone (coming in Q1 2022).
You can access the Portal from anywhere you have an internet connection and it’s available 24/7.
