How to add a screenshot or upload a file to a support ticket

When you log a ticket, you can attach a file by pressing the + Attach a file and navigating to the relevant file.


If you want to add a photo or screenshot to accompany the Description text, simply press the icon as highlighted above and a pop-up window will appear where you can select the file to upload and it will appear alongside your text in the Description field box (check the supported file types)
