Package and Rate code archiving

Archiving packages and rate codes is a useful feature to help keep the system tidy. If there are packages and rates no longer in use, using the archive feature will stop these from being visible. Archiving old packages and rates will affect historic reporting as these will now report to the Archive Rate or Archive Package instead of their old term.

Right click on the package or rate code you wish to archive:
