Guest Statuses
Add additional guest statuses to highlight important guests such as Michelin or AA inspectors, VIPS, or family and friends of the owner, for example.
Guest statuses can be found from Maintenance > Guests > Guest Statuses
A list of available guest statuses is displayed.
Clicking on ‘New’ will allow the creation of new guest statuses.
The order in which the Guest Statuses appear in the drop down menu can be amended.
This new status is now able to be selected from a guest profile.
This will label the guest as that status and will show when making reservations for this guest.
