Inspector Roles and Inspector Organisations
Inspector roles can be added into the system to link a guest’s profile to their retrospective role.
These roles will be linked to the Inspector guest status. Add new roles by clicking on the ‘New’ button.
Inspector organisations can be added into the system to link a guest’s profile to the respective organisation.
These organisations will only be available to chose if the inspector status has been chosen in the guest profile.
Create New Organisations by clicking ‘New’.
The inspector role and organisation will be available to chose once a guest profile has been set as an Inspector in their status.
This information will be shown against the guest when a reservation is made and will also add a Restaurant Note linked to the guest’s profile.
This note will show whenever a user opens a reservation for this guest, as it is a linked note.
The system will automatically compare contact details for new guests booked against the inspector list to identify potential matches and flag potential inspectors, adding detailed notes to bookings.
