Experiences

Experiences have been added to the new Restaurant booking engine, this coincides with the same feature being released in Restaurant Manager. These experiences will need to be setup for reservations to be made. We envisage experiences will be setup to either match sessions; lunch or dinner, for example, or for specifics such as tasting menus or afternoon tea.

In this reservation view, the session selected is ‘Dinner’ but there are three experiences setup in this session the guest can choose to book.

When creating a new reservation, the option to select an experience is displayed.

Only the applicable experiences for the chosen session will show.
