Dietary requirements and allergies

In the new Restaurant Manager upgrade Alacer has added the ability to add dietary requirements of the booker and the guest to the reservation, to show as notes on the reservation.

Clicking on the buttons labelled ‘Booker dietaries’ and ‘Guest dietaries’ will allow the user to add allergies and dietary requirements to the reservation.

Only the dietary restrictions that are applicable to the booked experience will be available to choose from.

As shown in the above image, only Alcohol free and vegetarian can be added to the experience of champagne afternoon tea, as they are the only restrictions that have been set against that experience.
 Any chosen restrictions or allergies will show against the reservation as a note.

These dietary restrictions will show on the reservation listing report that can be printed out when needed.

This dietary restriction will also be linked to the guest and appear on any future restaurant reservations made with their guest profile.
