In this update, the availability display has changed in the planner and the detailed planner. For non-hotel sites and sites that don’t use the resident only availability, the option to turn this feature off is available, which hides that feature from the software.
There the option to release the resident only restrictions based on a configurable lead time. This would set Resident Only to 0 but keeps the default that had been set depending on the hours left to go before that reservation. This prevents underselling the restaurant if rooms are not selling.
