Further to restricting restaurant availability by session, within the Alacer May 2023 update, there is the possibility to restrict each experience to a limited amount of covers per 15 minute time slot. When creating the experience there is the option to limit the amount of experiences sold per session helping the restaurant to not sell out of specific items or dishes on tasting menus, for example.
