Table combinations
Table combinations can be created to choose which tables can be linked together if a guest wishes to book a larger table. For example, there might not be a table big enough for 8 covers but the team can choose 2 tables of 4 to join together when a guest is booking this table size. This is managed by clicking on the ‘Table combinations’ divider whilst in the section designer.
This screen will show prior setup table combinations for this section template.
Clicking on ‘Add combination’ will open the combination maintenance form. From here a name can be given, the minimum & maximum cover numbers, same for adults, children, and infants, and whether it can be web enabled. The right-hand column shows which tables are available for choosing in this combination.
