Scheduled correspondence can be setup to send out to guests depending on lead days from the reservation or days post reservation. These can be used for pre-stay information and post-stay thank you emails.
New scheduled correspondence can be created by clicking the New scheduled correspondence button.
The type of reservation this schedule adheres to is selected from the drop-down first, with the options being; Room, Table, and Day Guest.
The schedule of the email is set next, with days or hours after booking, before arrival, or after departure chosen.
The template that will be sent is chosen with the only available templates being those that sit in the corresponding template type to what has been selected.
Test mode enables sites to test this specific scheduled correspondence with the template being sent to the test email address and not the guest.
Filters can also be selected to further filter what guests will receive each template. These filters differ depending on which template/reservation type has been selected. If the email needs to be sent to all reservations, leave the filters blank.
