Amendments when printing the Technician Appointment Listing
An amendment has been made to the technician listing report that will allow notes made within a leisure reservation to carry through to this report.
Choose the date range for the report and select which note categories should be included in this report.
Clicking on the ‘Note Options’ divider will determine which note types are included in this report.
Amending note types on a report (in Reporting Manager)
From Reporting Manager, use the search feature to find the Technician Appointment Listing report. Right click on the report and chose ‘edit note actions’
From this screen choose which note types will show on this report.
