Cancellation policies
Cancellation polices can be setup for table and experience bookings. These are treated in the same way as cancellation policies against hotel room reservations.
A new cancellation policy is created by selecting the new cancellation policy button.
Once a name for this policy has been chosen, the cancellation rules are created.
The rule can be a fixed charge or a percentage of the total experience cost.
The audit log tracks any changes made to the cancellation policy.
