Deposit policies
Deposit polices can be setup for table and experience bookings. These are treated much in the same way as deposit policies against hotel room reservations.
New deposit policies can be created clicking the new deposit policy button.
A name is given to the deposit policy and then it can be decided after how many covers this policy is active from. For example, tables of 1 cover might not be applicable for this deposit policy.
The deposit rule can be set to take a fixed charge amount of a percentage.
The deposit can be set to charge within a chosen number of days. If fixed charge has been chosen, there is the choice to charge that fixed amount per reservation or per cover.
The audit log tracks any changes made to the deposit policy.
