Cancellation policies
Cancellation polices can be setup for leisure and spa day bookings. These are treated much in the same way as cancellation policies against hotel room reservations.
A new cancellation policy is created by selecting the new cancellation policy button.
Once a name for this policy has been chosen, the cancellation rules are created.
The rule is setup to apply within a specific number of days. It can be a fixed charge or a percentage of the total reservation cost and set with a minimum and maximum charge for this cancellation policy.
The audit log tracks any changes made to the cancellation policy.
